These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScreenBlink, available at https://screenblink.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

ScreenBlink is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Linkeli LTD ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or
  • Have legal authority to bind a company or organization

By using ScreenBlink, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

To use ScreenBlink, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

3.2 Google Login

If you sign in using Google:

  • Authentication is handled via Google OAuth
  • We receive limited profile data (name, email, profile image)
  • Use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. The Service

ScreenBlink allows you to:

  • Register and manage display screens
  • Assign playlists, schedules, and media
  • Control content shown on connected displays

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Paid Plans

ScreenBlink operates on a paid subscription model, billed per screen per month, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Billing Provider

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment details.

5.3 Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • Trial duration and limitations are clearly stated
  • Billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled

5.4 No Refunds

Unless required by law:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Unused time is not credited when canceling

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use ScreenBlink for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload content you do not own or have rights to
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or infrastructure
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms

You are solely responsible for content displayed on your screens.

7. Content Ownership

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all media and content you upload.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store
  • Process
  • Transmit

your content only as necessary to operate ScreenBlink.

7.2 Our Platform

All software, branding, UI, and system design are owned by Linkeli LTD and may not be copied or resold.

8. Third-Party Services

ScreenBlink may integrate with third-party services (e.g. Google, hosting providers).

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using ScreenBlink at any time by canceling your subscription.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Use the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of ScreenBlink is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How it is used
  • How it is protected

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Linkeli LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkeli LTD from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Linkeli LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
